Mr. Ben Zamora graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1997, is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist, and a licensed landscape contractor. Over the past 15 years Mr. Zamora has managed restoration projects, performed oversight of both native habitat implementation (i.e., earth work, planting, seeding and irrigation installation services) and maintenance activities, and conducted biological compliance monitoring services. Mr. Ferreira has over 25 years of site assessment, investigation, and project management experience in environmental and remediation engineering. Mr. Ferreira has managed numerous soil and groundwater investigation and remediation projects, both in-situ and ex-situ, in California, Arizona, Hawaii, and Guam. He is experienced with all aspects of hazardous waste assessment and remediation ranging from the preliminary site investigation through pilot testing, to design, installation, operation & maintenance, and optimization of full-scale systems, and with final site closure. He has worked with both the DTSC and the Water Boards in California to successfully close nearly 50 projects. Mrs. Ramos is a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analyst with 10 years of experience and has a degree in geology. Mrs. Ramos has supported various federal and private sector clients most recently for NAVFAC Southwest. She produces maps for work plans, reports, presentations, and signboards in support of remediation projects, and compiles GIS data to create project-specific geodatabases. Mrs. Ramos supported a water utility where she integrated data points from LiDAR and sonar to model the bathymetry of two reservoirs, calculate the storage capacity of the basins, and evaluate levels of sedimentation over time. She collaborated with a programming team to develop an ArcPad GPS application for mapping the location and condition of all the company's water meters.
Additionally, Mrs. Ramos used RiverTools watershed-modeling software in conjunction with MS Excel and ESRI ArcGIS to analyze changes in stream profiles related to seismic uplift in the vicinity of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.

Ms. Karen Weber has more than a decade of field experience as a botanist and wildlife biologist working in a variety of habitats throughout California. Mr. Lincoln Hulse is a skilled project manager and regulatory permitting specialist with almost two decades of professional experience. Mr. Hulse provides day-today oversight of task order budgets, schedules and implementation of program level quality control processes. Mr. Hulse is also recognized as a federal expert in the identification and natural history of the coastal birds and mammals. Mr. Huttar has extensive experience providing oversight of both implementation (i.e., planting, seeding and invasive species control services) and maintenance monitoring compliance activities (e.g., performance monitoring and tracking irrigation/ watering schedules) for utility and construction projects throughout Southern California. He is skilled at biological monitoring, and weed surveying activities as well. Additionally, for many years Mr. Huttar worked with the Irvine Ranch Conservancy as Lead Land Steward - organizing invasive plant removal and native vegetation planting projects, and he is also a former US Forest Service Firefighter.

Ms. Sevda Aleckson has 30 years of experience in the environmental services industry in management and development of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) systems for complex environmental monitoring, site assessments, remediation programs, and analytical laboratory operations. She currently serves as a Principal Scientist and Program Chemist responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing work plans, sampling and analysis plans (SAPs), and project reports in support of site investigations, RI/FS, and UST projects involving groundwater and soil remediation projects for NAVFAC Southwest. Ms. Aleckson has an in-depth knowledge of the environmental compliance standards of RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, SDWA, UST, AFCEE, ACOE, Navy, and NQA-1 and state regulatory requirements. Ms. Aleckson is experienced with the EPA Uniform Federal Policy (UFP) for Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPP) requirements and has prepared numerous SAPs in accordance with UFP/QAPP and similar DoD requirements. She also has extensive knowledge of the requirements of the DoD Quality Systems Manual (QSM) for Environmental Laboratories as well as EPA analytical methodologies with hands-on laboratory analyses. Mr. Bule graduated from Texas Tech University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University. He began his career as a formulation chemist in the biopharmaceutical industry before working as an instrumentation chemist for a number of environmental laboratories including The Washington Group and IT Analytical Services. While working for IT Corporation Mr. Bule spent 2 ½ years on Guam, Marianas Islands, running the environmental lab in support of a large remediation project. Returning from Guam in 1997 Mr. Bule worked as a Project Chemist at various environmental remediation sites in the Western US. Mr. Bule relocated to San Diego with IT in 2000 and worked on various Navy RAC Programs as a database and financial manager. He served as the Program Financial Manager for CB&I’s Environmental Services Contract and Laboratory Services Contract from 2005-2017. Responsibilities include budget preparation and administration, revenue and cost forecasts, cash flow analysis, contract administration, procurement, subcontracting, vendor payments, and client invoicing. Analyzes business trends and daily operating costs. Prepare monthly financial statements and conducts monthly project reviews with project personnel and senior management. Currently he serves as the Program Financial Manager for NES, LLC’s Environmental Services Contract for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest. Additional responsibilities include setting up a new accounting system and developing policies and procedures for NES, LLC.

Mr. Lowe is a California and Arizona registered Professional Geologist and environmental professional with over 12 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. He has designed, implemented, and supervised remedial actions, removal actions, remedial designs, pilot/bench test studies, treatability studies, remedial action systems operations and maintenance, community relations support, and other related activities. Mr. Lowe has managed multiple contract task orders (CTOs) for the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Project Management Office (PMO) West, BRAC PMO Southeast, Department of Defense (DoD), Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Ms. Bryant’s experience includes serving in multiple key project roles including, Site Superintendent, Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager, Site Safety Health and Officer (SSHO), and Project Geologist for numerous construction related projects including; remedial soil and groundwater investigations, remedial excavations, in-situ bioremediation, biosparge systems, air sparge and soil vapor extraction systems installations, and pistol and riffle range impact berm lead remediation and modification projects. As a project geologist in the field, Ms. Bryant has experience with various forms of soil drilling and sampling (including, hollow-stem auger, direct push technology, rotary sonic, and air-rotary), geophysical surveying, groundwater monitoring well installation and development, soil vapor installation and sampling, groundwater sampling using low-flow sampling methods, WestBay sampling methods, soil classification using the Unified Soil Classification System (USCS), and sub-contractor supervision. Ms. Bryant has experience in the preparation of geotechnical reports, soil excavation and site investigation work plans, groundwater monitoring reports, and site closure reports.
