Open Positions:

Quality Manager

The Quality Manager (QM) must have relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in projects of similar size, scope and complexity.
Required Qualifications include the following:

a)    Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business from an accredited institution.
b)    Minimum of five (5) years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
c)    Must be able to demonstrate experience in QMS such as ASQ certification, ISO, Six Sigma, etc.

The QM shall have full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in the contract are met. The QM shall be on-site during the Government’s regular working hours and shall be available on-site within two hours after the Government’s regular working hours. The QM shall report directly to a senior corporate official.



Containerized Solid Waste (CSW) Manager

Environmental Engineer with 3 to 5+ years of experience in investigation/remediation
The CSW Manager is the lead project manager for several containerized solid waste management facilities.
Required Qualifications include the following:

a)    B.S. in Science or Engineering; or any B.S. degree from an accredited institution with a professional environmental registration/certification (such as Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), Registered Hazardous Substance Professional).
b)    A minimum of three (3) years operational experience at a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) permitted hazardous waste facility (preferably in California).
c)    A minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.
d)    Must have current Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training (HAZWOPER in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120) and provide the training certificates.
e)    Must have current DOT Training in accordance with Title 49 CFR 172.700 and provide the training certificates.



Assistant Project Manager

The assistant project manager (Assistant PM) provides administrative support to the program manager, and project managers.  The Assistant PM will also provide support to the Business Manager on project accounting, and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications include the following:
a)    Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration, preferably on government projects.
b)    Minimum of 3 years of experience in processing personnel employment, including job postings, preliminary interviews, pre-employment processes coordination, other HR related tasks.
c)    Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting, and financial report preparation; experience on government contracts is preferred.
