NOREAS’ core business is to provide turn-key environmental solutions for our clients from initial assessment, and investigation to site remediation, and closure. In addition, NOREAS has been providing an array of biology and regulatory consulting, and permitting services to federal and private sector clients since its inception. Environmental projects are often complex and require in-depth engineering and scientific expertise and experience to clarify the problem, devise a site-specific technical and regulatory strategy, and develop and implement a cost-effective plan for a successful conclusion and closure. It is crucial to have the end result in mind, when a site-specific plan is developed. Clients benefit from our experience, expertise, insightfulness, creativity, innovation, and responsiveness in managing and resolving their environmental issues.
As part of our remediation efforts, we have often performed heavy construction work including civil, mechanical, and electrical and other related activities, both in the capacity of construction managers, engineering supervision, and quality control support, as well as self-performing the actual construction work. We have extended our services to include turn-key design/build construction services for new construction, repair, and/ or renovation for horizontal and vertical construction projects. In particular, NOREAS services include Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) activities at various military facilities. To enhance its capability, NOREAS has partnered with IDS Group, an award-winning integrated design and consulting firm headquartered in Southern California. IDS provides a broad range of turn-key design services to public, and private sector clients in the building and infrastructure industries.
